Continuing the chaos in Dorohedoro Season 1 Episode 2 (“In the Bag” / “Ambresia” tease?)! This episode ramps up the dark humor, introduces the brutal “cleaners” Shin and Noi, and sets up what looks like an insane showdown next time.

We get more glimpses into the Hole’s toxic rain, sorcerer politics, En’s creepy mushroom obsession, and Kaiman’s weird day job. The gory comedy is on point — bags of “dead” sorcerers, hammer kills, healing magic, and that wild dinner scene!

Post-episode hype:

  • Shin (hammer guy with heart mask) and Noi (giant masked powerhouse) are coming for Kaiman and Nikaido. Magic doesn’t work on Kaiman, so it’s probably gonna be a raw, brutal fistfight — who wins?!
  • That acupuncture/molt from Ep1… did it actually fix his face? Or is there more to it? He “molted,” but I’m dying to see if he’s human under there now.
  • The world’s getting bigger and weirder — sorcerers hunting in the Hole, En turning people into mushrooms… this show doesn’t hold back!

If Ep1 was gory and mysterious, Ep2 adds hilarious brutality and killer side characters. Super excited (and a bit scared) for Ep3 — will the fight live up to the hype?
